Beloved Hastings Culinary Instructor Kate Solomon will virtually live teach 2 fish dishes: for the first recipe, we will make a tuna crudo with lemon, clementine and scallions. For the second preparation, we will slow roast cod, served with roasted fennel, citrus, and homemade citrus oil. The cost includes the class and fresh fish for two people. Sign up here.
